The music of Life is a Killer was written for a short film by Italian director Carlo Magaletti. The music has never, until now, been released as an album. Inspired by the works of William Burroughs, this piece of music is part composition and part improvisation. In the 3rd movement you can hear the theme the way it has been composed. Saxophone player Ulrich Wangenheim and myself improvised the theme in 4 different ways, hence 4 movements.
